Terms of Service

Agreement

By purchasing a service from NewsletterHaus (operated by Runabell Holdings, LLC), you agree to these terms.

Scope of work

Each project's scope is defined by the offer purchased and the intake materials you provide. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

Delivery & revisions

• Turnaround: 30 business days from when complete intake materials are received.
• Revisions: 1 revision round included; further revisions billed at $80/round.
• Communication: async via client portal. Replies within 24 hours, Mon–Fri.

Refunds

Full refund before first draft is delivered. After first draft, no refund — but we will continue iterating within the 14-day revision window. Specific offer refund terms (subscriptions, asset packs) are stated on each product page.

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, all deliverables produced for you transfer in full to you. We retain the right to reference anonymized work in case studies (no names or identifying details published without permission).

Confidentiality

Materials you provide are kept confidential. We will sign a mutual NDA on request.

Liability

NewsletterHaus provides services as-is. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, sales, conversions). Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project; termination provisions are stated in each offer. For retainers, 30 days notice required for cancellation; ongoing work completes through the notice period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
